A 90 minute energy healing session to release and transmute any dense, heavy, stuck energies & emotions from your energetic field.
We will work with a combination of deep meditation, breath work, sub-conscious coaching, guided somatic movement and channeled energy healing to intuitively bring to the surface anything that is ready to be seen, felt, and cleared from your energy body.
Throughout this session I will be connecting to your energetic field and channeling through a full assessment of your energy as well as any messages from your angels, ancestors, spirit guides, or light beings that are available to assist in the healing and clearing of the energy we are working with.
We may access past memories or past lives that are related to the current state of your energetic body that will assist us in understanding the direction to move in for deep integration of the healing process.
You will receive a detailed blue print with a summary of our session, what we accessed and cleared, and steps you can take to deepen the healing process.
